Nous sommes situ\u00e9s \u00e0 moins de 6 km de la station de ski alpin<\/strong>, \u00e0 5 km du domaine de ski nordique de Bois Barbu<\/strong>, 1 km \u00e0 pied de la place de l’Ours<\/strong> au Centre du village et \u00e0 300 m de la Via Vercors<\/strong> (voie douce pi\u00e9tons, v\u00e9los).<\/span><\/p>\n

Notre grand parc arbor\u00e9 de 5 000 m\u00b2<\/strong> vous permettra de faire sur place de nombreuses activit\u00e9s : jeux de ballon, p\u00e9tanque, table de ping-pong\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

La maison a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite \u00e0 la fin dans les<\/span> ann\u00e9es 1940<\/b>. Elle a servit d’accueil d’enfants <\/span>\u00e0 la grande \u00e9poque du climatisme<\/b> du Vercors. <\/span>
Elle s’appelait \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque “les Fauvettes”.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e: la cuisine et la grande salle \u00e0 manger commune. Aux \u00e9tages, \u00e9taient dispos\u00e9s de grands dortoirs avec de petites chambres pour les encadrants (on a retrouv\u00e9 des fen\u00eatrons dans les murs pour surveiller les petits).<\/span><\/p>\n

Le site a une longue histoire artisanale avec <\/span>la scierie Repellin<\/b> dont la construction date du d\u00e9but 1900<\/b>. Aliment\u00e9e par un canal venant de la cascade, la force hydraulique faisant son \u0153uvre pour faire la d\u00e9coupe du bois.<\/span><\/p>\n

La ruine que l’on voit derri\u00e8re le parking est encore plus ancienne. Une carte d’\u00e9tat major la represente en 1820 et une carte de Cassini (1740) mentionne la pr\u00e9sence des “<\/span>Moulins de Breduire”<\/b>. Notre projet est de remettre en \u00e9tat progressivement toute cette partie du site et de vous donner acc\u00e8s \u00e0 ce magnifique patrimoine.<\/span><\/p>\n
